Operating Instructions

Connect to AC220V power source and ensure proper grounding. Verify pump rotation direction (must be clockwise).

Position extinguisher at powder holder feed opening, lower holder until tight seal is formed.

Use "subtraction weighing method": Place powder source on scale, subtract target fill weight from total weight.

Start machine, open feed valve (11), insert suction tube (3). When nearing target weight, reduce suction speed.

After filling, step on reversal valve pedal (1) to clear residual powder, then raise holder and remove extinguisher.

For preset volume filling: Attach custom funnel to suction tube for measured powder quantities.
